Moringa Latte

Swap your usual cup of coffee for this vibrant, energising Moringa Latte—a nourishing way to start the day that your body (and tastebuds) will thank you for. Packed with skin-loving vitamins, plant-based protein, fibre, and most importantly iron, moringa helps strengthen your immune system and naturally fights off tiredness and fatigue.

And the best part? It’s delicious. Creamy, earthy, lightly sweetened—and oh-so-satisfying—you might just find yourself reaching for it more often than your coffee mug.

Ingredient:
Moringa Powder 1 tablespoon
Milk 1 cup
Palm sugar 2 teaspoon

Method:

Boil Milk

Mix a teaspoon of milk and moringa powder  (I use home-ground moringa powder which you can find the method on Quick Nosh: Moringa Powder )
whisk to a paste add the rest of the milk. You can add the milk froth on top if you like it. Your latte is ready to be served.

A Sip of Tradition with a Twist

Moringa, or murungai, is a deeply respected plant in Tamil Parambariya Unavu (traditional food). From leaves and flowers to pods and roots, every part of this “miracle tree” has been used for centuries in our kitchens and medicine. This latte brings those ancient benefits into your modern-day mug—with ease and elegance.

Whether you’re starting your day or taking a nourishing break, this moringa latte is more than a drink. It’s a quiet moment of self-care with the wisdom of tradition in every sip.
